Business Expo Information
You can expose your business to hundreds of area residents by participating in the Business Expo Tent during the Summer Celebration 2026 festival. This is the best business opportunity in Streamwood to see hundreds of potential customers over one short weekend. We would like to extend this invitation to you and your business to participate.

Friday, July 24 Expo Tent: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Fest: 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
Saturday, July 25 Expo Tent: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Fest: 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
Sunday, July 26 Expo Tent: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm (Fest: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
Location
A separate Business Expo Tent area is located on the grounds of Hoosier Grove Park, 700 W. Irving Park Road, Streamwood. Please note: Participants will be assigned space in the order in which their paid application requests are received.
Facilities
Each booth is provided with one eight-foot (8’) table and two (2) chairs and a 110 volt, 20 amp. service. Additional power can be supplied with advanced notice (see fees, below, for details). Booths will be located under the tent. Signage must be provided by the vendors, be generic in nature, be related to the specific product/business and fit within the booth space. Signage should be attractive and readable for best results. Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths in keeping with this year’s theme, "There's No Place Like Home!"
Fees
Business Expo Booth Fee is $300.00; non-profit organizations $250.00.

Then, click “SC Business Expo Participant Payment.” All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). There are no additional fees for paying online.

Vendor Space Location
Vendor booth location will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. Expo booths will be assigned only after your application and fee are received. In July, you will receive a confirmation letter listing your booth position along with other necessary paperwork and information including times for equipment set-up, drop-off and access pass. Please return your application as soon as possible. All applications and fees must be received by July 13, 2026.
